All Gost-X products have a five year warranty.
Our warranty provides item replacement under these conditions:
- Gost-X has been purchased on this e-commerce;
- The issue is due to the production process;
- Product box is perfectly intact (both outside and inside);
- All original spare parts are properly placed inside the box;
So we recommend to carefully store the box.
Damages due to external agents or misusing won’t be covered by warranty.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Before sending back a product for a check or a replacement, RMA form has to be filled.
Ask it to our customer care.
Shipping fee will be paid by consumer.
If the anomaly is confirmed, replacement will be carried out in 14 days.
If warranty conditions don’t stand up to examination and further tests shows the full compliance of the product, this will be shipped back to the sender who will be charged 25 € for the procedures management.
