As stated in Codice del Consumo (and in the editing made by D. Lgs. n. 21/2014), customers have the right to withdraw the purchase without providing any justification and paying other costs but the following.
The procedure needs to be fulfilled within 14 days since the delivery (the day in which the customer comes into possession of the product).
Conditions and procedures will be explained in the following paragraph.
The customer who wants to exercise the right of withdrawal has to communicate this will through ordinary mail, registered mail, email or other means of communication within the deadline indicated by Italian Law.
Gost-X Customer Care will take charge of the request and then Ivangog Srls, owner of this website, will notify by email the customer about the start of the procedure.
The RMA form, to be filled and shipped with the withdrawn product, will be attached to the email with its authorization code.
Customer will ship back the product by using a courier of his/her choice. Shipping fee will be paid by consumer.
The product, properly packed and also containing the filled RMA form, has to be shipped to the following adress:

Shipment has to be carried out within 14 days from the communication to Ivangog Srls of the will to withdraw the purchase.
Ivangog srls, by following what is stated in art. 56 D. lgs. n. 21/2014, will check the compliance of the request and if all the conditions are met it will refund the purchase within 14 days from the request reception. Refunds could be held until the product comes back to Ivangog srls or a proof of shipment is provided.
Customers will be refunded through bank transfer or Paypal.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The right of withdrawal has to be exercised on the whole product and it’s not possible to return just a part of it.
Products have to be returned in its original box, containing spare parts and instructions. Products showing damages, wear and tear or filth won’t be accepted.
